Andy Finlay is a formally trained artist and graphic designer with over 30 years experience in the creative industry.
​
From his first job in a studio as a layout artist at the age of 17 Andy has been involved in graphic design but always had a sketchbook in his pocket.
His design experience includes working on magazines and weekly publications, some time in California working as a graphic artist, a spell as an exhibition sketch artist, and as a self employed designer producing web, print, social media graphics and campaigns. At the same time he worked as a contemporary artist as well as a musician. He's been self emplyed since 1993 and ran his own design agency in Windsor for over a decade. Andy now works at his studio in Derbyshire where he continues to produce contemporary art alongside creative designs for online and offline marketing, advertising and promotion.
